"Naunie" born in Boston, MA has a background of Black American and Chicano. Her Husband "Fadda" is born & Raised in Clarendon, Jamaica. Both of them love to cook and love to cook together. They decided to prepare & serve their favorite traditional island dishes from Fadda's Home Country Jamaica and the other different Caribbean Islands they love, prepared with contemporary international flair. Experience these foods with a unique fusion of Seafoods, Latin seasonings, Jamaican Seasonings, and other International flavors.

Must haves are the traditional Jamaican favorites like braised Oxtail, Whole Baked or Fried Snapper smothered with onions and Caribbean peppers, and (of course) Jerk chicken (with mild heat, flaming hot heat or Hennessy BBQ Sauce.)
